Leave a lockbox code or the door unlocked. You get a text when Mario is on the way, and Mario locks up when the job is done.
Your belongings protected
Before starting, we tape plastic over the floor, nearby walls and anything close to the repair. If a couch is in the way, we move it and cover it.
Cleaned up before we leave
Patching makes some dust. The plastic catches most of it, and we clean up the work area before we go.

Do I need to be home for the repair?
No. Leave a lockbox code or the door unlocked. You get a text when Mario is on the way, and when the repair is done, Mario cleans up and locks up.
Why do you ask what year my home was built?
Homes built before 1980 are likely to contain asbestos in the wall texture or joint compound. We don't work on homes built with asbestos materials, so the year tells us whether we can take the job. Not sure of the year? Send the photos anyway and we'll check.
Are photo quotes free?
Yes. Text 2–3 photos and the year your home was built and we text back a firm price, so there's no time off work for an estimate. If you can't send photos, an in-person look is $150, credited to the repair when you book.
Do you paint the wall too?
Yes. After a patch we recommend painting the whole wall, corner to corner, rather than touching up one spot: +$295 / wall with your leftover paint, or +$425 / wall when we color-match with Sherwin-Williams.
